Drive to Inspire Africa (DTI-A), a non-governmental organization (NGO), has successfully trained over 100 youth counsellors in the Greater Accra Region, equipping them with essential skills to support young people.

This training initiative is part of DTI-A’s broader mission to empower youth and help them navigate the challenges they face during their development.

Nana Adjoa Hackman, the founder of DTI-A, emphasized the importance of innovative training programs in addressing the unique issues confronting today’s youth. “The aim of this training is to ensure that young adults have access to the resources and support they need to realize their full potential,” she stated.

She added, “Counsellors play a crucial role in shaping the futures of our young people and must take this responsibility seriously. It is vital for them to continuously seek knowledge and skills to enhance their effectiveness.”

Dr. Hackman also expressed gratitude to all facilitators, participants, and volunteers for their contributions to the success of the training.
