The United States Embassy in Ghana has extended its congratulations to the country for successfully conducting the 2024 general elections.
In a post on their official X account, the embassy hailed the elections as a clear reflection of the will of the Ghanaian people and commended the nation’s ongoing commitment to democracy.
The statement further expressed the U.S.’s eagerness to continue its strong partnership with Ghana, particularly under the leadership of President-elect John Dramani Mahama.
