Asante Kotoko continued their impressive form with a convincing 2-0 victory over Bibiani GoldStars at the Baba Yara Stadium on Friday night.

Captain Justice Blay opened the scoring with a well-taken penalty in the 18th minute. GoldStars were further hampered when Bright Boakye Kyereh was sent off in the first half.

Kwame Poku sealed the victory with a brilliant strike in the second half, extending Kotoko’s winning streak to four matches.

With this win, Kotoko moved up to second place in the league table, setting the stage for a crucial clash against Medeama SC in their next match.
