Ghanaian giants Asante Kotoko have strengthened their squad with the signing of experienced forward Sampson Eduku.
The 29-year-old has penned a one-and-a-half-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors after successfully undergoing a medical examination.
Eduku brings a wealth of experience to the club, having previously impressed with Samartex and Tamale City.
His standout performance during the 2022/23 season with Tamale City, where he netted 14 goals and provided 4 assists, earned him a move to the Iraqi Premier League side Al Quwa Al Jawiya, where he continued to showcase his goal-scoring prowess.
This signing is expected to bolster Kotoko’s attacking options as they aim for success both domestically and in continental competitions.
