In a recent sermon, Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim, Pastor of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ, emphasized the importance of integrity and holiness in church leadership.
He reassured the congregation that true Pastors are committed to their wives and uphold moral standards, clearly stating, “A Pastor should have only one wife and embody the holiness of Christ.”
Speaking on the ‘Ability to See’ series on AP Radio105.7 at Kaase in Kumasi, Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim condemned those who follow leaders involved in immoral relationships, particularly with young women, labeling such individuals as “lustful” and “not from God.”
He highlighted that God would not choose a sinner to lead His people, stressing the need for Pastors to be temperate, sober-minded, and capable of teaching the principles of God’s word effectively.
The Pastor also warned against the dangers of alcohol consumption among church leaders, referencing Ephesians 5:18, which calls for being filled with the Holy Spirit rather than with wine. “If your pastor engages in such behavior, you may be following someone who embodies a demonic character,” he cautioned.
Dr. Ephraim concluded his message with a call to the faithful to seek salvation through righteous leadership in the true church of Jesus Christ.
