Kyle Walker’s wife, Annie Kilner, has reportedly ordered he pays half of his fortune to save their marriage.
Annie, 31, is said to have demanded £15million from the Manchester City ace, after he fathered two kids with Lauryn Goodman.
However, Annie is willing to give their relationship another go, if he coughs up around half of his net worth.
According to The Sun, she is understood to have obtained preliminary legal advice ahead of any split that would see her net half of Walkers fortune. A source told the outlet: “It’s a s***show at the moment.
“Kyle and Annie are arguing about pretty much everything. She’s told him she will only consider giving it another go if he gives her half of his money first.
“She’s been told she’s entitled to half of his wealth if they split — and doesn’t want another penny of her share going to Lauryn. She wants the independence and security divorce would bring her, but wants to try and keep her family together at the same time.
“Annie and Kyle have spoken with solicitors about making this financial arrangement happen. He is happy for her to have the money as he wants security for them — regardless of how their relationship ends up.
“Kyle wants financial security for Annie and his boys. Their relationship changes from week to week, but at the moment she can’t see a way of saving the marriage and has said she is considering filing for divorce. It has been a really tough time for Annie.”
The report adds tensions have risen between the pair after Annie’s sister Sian gave birth to a son after a fling with a married man.
Walker featured in City’s draw with Newcastle on Saturday lunchtime. The full-back played Anthony Gordon onside, as the winger won a penalty for the Magpies which he would convert to fire them level.
