Ghana’s Black Queens have arrived in Casablanca ahead of their upcoming friendly match against Morocco on Friday, February 21.

The game will serve as the first test for Kim Lars Bjorkegren, who was recently appointed as the new head coach of the team. The Black Queens left Accra in the early hours of Saturday, February 15, to begin preparations for the match.

Following his unveiling, Coach Bjorkegren named his squad for the friendly, with just four players from the Ghana Women’s Premier League included in the selection.

The team is scheduled to hold their first training session on Monday, February 17, with additional sessions to follow in the lead-up to the game. As of Monday, 18 players are currently in camp.
