Kasoa, Ghana – The decomposed body of a young man, believed to be in his early 30s, has been found in an unfinished building in Kasoa-Opeikuma Pentecost Down, Awutu Senya East Municipality, Central Region.
The grim discovery was made on Wednesday afternoon, January 29, 2025, after residents noticed a foul odor in the area. A search of the vicinity led to the body, which eyewitnesses believe had been there for over a week.
Hon. Sule, the Unit Committee Chairman for the Opeikuma-Krispocity Electoral Area, promptly notified the Kasoa Divisional Command.
The body has been transported to the morgue for an autopsy. Police investigations are underway to determine the cause of death and identify the deceased.
