Dr. Kuuku Dadzie

Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim, in a recent sermon on AP Radio 105.7, emphasized the importance of proper church leadership, highlighting the critical characteristics required for effective shepherding of the faithful.

Drawing from 1 Timothy 3:1-7, he cautioned congregants about the dangers of misinterpreting divine roles within the church.

Dr. Ephraim stressed that only a man called by God can effectively guide His children, pointing out that the apostles established churches led by men, despite the presence of prophetesses.

He cited the example of Jezebel, who led the church in Thyatira astray with corrupt and misleading teachings.

The sermon also warned against charismatic figures who may claim titles such as prophet or evangelist without a true pastoral calling.

Dr. Ephraim clarified that the roles of pastor, bishop, and shepherd are synonymous, advocating for a unified understanding among congregants.

“Confusing titles does not elevate one’s authority in the eyes of God,” Dr. Ephraim remarked, emphasizing the importance of understanding and respecting the divine structure intended for church leadership.
