In a recent episode of The Ability to See on AP Radio 105.7, Dr. Kuuku Dadzie Ephraim delivered a powerful message about the misuse and corruption of the musical gift originally bestowed by God.
Dr. Dadzie explained that when Lucifer rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven, he also tainted the pure gift of music that was once used to glorify God. According to him, Lucifer now manipulates this corrupted gift to lead people into sin.
He noted that music influenced by this dark force often promotes rebellion, pride, sexual immorality, and disrespect—qualities that stand in stark contrast to God’s character. Dr. Dadzie emphasized that genuine children of God who possess the musical gift use it solely to honor and glorify Him, rather than to entertain those who mock or disregard God’s presence.
Dr. Dadzie further warned that many musicians, including some who began their careers in the church, have lost sight of the original divine purpose of their gift. He highlighted how demonic forces have twisted this sacred talent, making it seem acceptable to use music in any setting and for any purpose, regardless of whether God is glorified.
He concluded with a stern admonition: anyone who uses God’s gift of music contrary to His will must be ready to give an account before God. His message was a call for believers to realign their musical talents with God’s intended purpose and to resist the deception that has infiltrated much of today’s music industry.
