A shocking case of abuse has emerged in Topremang, Denkyembour District, Eastern Region, where a 10-year-old boy was allegedly forced to ingest his own feces.
The incident, which took place on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, involved the young boy, Abekah Andrews, locally known as “Aposo.”
According to reports, the boy had defecated in a bathhouse owned by a woman named Sister Patience, who is said to have coerced him into eating the feces as punishment.
What is even more disturbing is that Sister Patience remains at large, and while her actions have sparked outrage in the community, efforts are underway to settle the matter privately. The victim’s family claims they have been offered Ghc100 to resolve the issue.
Sister Patience is reportedly known in the area for meting out harsh punishments to children who cross her path. The growing public outcry continues as the case remains unresolved, with many calling for justice for the young boy.
