Ghana’s Second Lady, Samira Bawumia, has publicly endorsed her husband, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as the best candidate to lead the nation through its current challenges.
In an interview with GTV, Samira praised Dr. Bawumia’s leadership qualities and vision, emphasizing his capability to transform the country’s fortunes during these critical times.
She stated, “A vote for Dr. Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the December 7 general election is a vote for hope and progress.”
She called on Ghanaians to rally behind Dr. Bawumia’s candidacy, asserting that his experience and track record make him the most qualified leader to tackle the nation’s pressing issues and guide it toward sustainable development.
“In the last eight years, we have worked hard to serve the people of this country and address various challenges, and there is still much more to be done. I urge you to trust His Excellency Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia with this responsibility,” she said.
“He is an honest, hardworking, and intelligent man who will bring bold solutions to our country. With his leadership, I am confident that Ghana will make significant progress.”
