President-elect John Mahama reassures Ghanaians that while the journey to economic recovery will be tough, it is not impossible. With prayer, wisdom, and decisive leadership, he is confident in overcoming the country’s challenges.
In a recent address at a thanksgiving service at the Assemblies of God Church in Accra, Mahama openly acknowledged the severe economic difficulties facing Ghana. He stressed that restoring stability and growth will require significant effort and resilience.
“Our nation is enduring a serious economic crisis. The road to prosperity will require hard work and determination,” Mahama stated. “I pray that the God who has entrusted me with this responsibility will provide me with the strength and wisdom to lead effectively.”
Mahama also highlighted the importance of making wise decisions in appointing individuals who will serve the nation’s best interests. He assured Ghanaians that God’s favor remains upon the country and that the nation will not be left to face these trying times alone.
“God’s favor is still upon Ghana, and I believe He will guide us through these challenging times,” Mahama affirmed.
