Sekondi Hasaacas forward, Kwabena Baidoo, tragically passed away on Monday, December 9th, in a fatal motorcycle accident.
The accident occurred during celebrations following the National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) victory in the 2024 general elections.
The incident took place in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region. Baidoo had recently returned to Ghana from Accra, where he was pursuing opportunities to continue his football career abroad.
Despite not having played for Hasaacas this season, Baidoo was a significant player for the club between 2020 and 2023.
