Khephren Thuram scored twice for Juventus, but his efforts were not enough to secure all three points as Fiorentina fought back to earn a 2-2 draw in Serie A.

Thuram, the son of former footballer Lilian and brother of Marcus, opened the scoring for Juve in the 20th minute, calmly slotting the ball into the bottom corner to give the home side the lead.

Fiorentina responded before the break, with Moise Kean heading in from close range to equalize for the visitors. The goal marked Kean’s 11th league strike of the season.

After halftime, Thuram restored Juventus’ advantage with a brilliant second goal, putting his side 2-1 up. However, the lead was short-lived as Fiorentina’s Riccardo Sottil struck a stunning left-footed volley into the roof of the net in the 87th minute, earning his side a point.

The draw extended Fiorentina’s unbeaten run to 26 matches, keeping them level on points with Juventus in the standings. Despite the result, Juve are now nine points behind league leaders Atalanta and have drawn 11 of their 18 matches so far this season, leaving them in a frustrating sixth place.
