President John Dramani Mahama has unveiled his first set of ministerial appointments for the upcoming government, naming Dr. Ato Cassiel Forson as Finance Minister-designate, Dominic Ayine as Attorney General and Minister for Justice-designate, and John Jinapor as Energy Minister-designate.
The nominations were officially submitted to Parliament Speaker Alban Bagbin on January 9, in accordance with Article 78 of Ghana’s 1992 Constitution.
These key appointments signal Mahama’s leadership direction as he prepares to form his next administration.
