The Ministry of Education has announced the placement results for Senior High Schools and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Institutions for the 2024/25 academic year.
According to the Ministry’s statement, of the 563,339 results received from the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), 553,155 candidates were eligible for placement.
Out of these, 447,698 candidates (80.93%) were successfully placed in one of their chosen institutions.
However, 104,918 qualified candidates were unable to be matched with any of their selected choices. Those students are encouraged to use the Self-Placement platform to choose a school that fits their preference.
Qualified students can access their placement results by visiting the official CSSPS website at cssps.gov.gh or cssps.org. They should enter their ten-digit index number along with their year of completion (for example, for completion in 2024, the format should be 123456789024) and then click “Submit” to view their results.
Additionally, the public is reminded that assistance is available at the National Solution Centre located at GNAT Hall, Adabraka, Accra, as well as at all 16 Regional Solution Centres. For any inquiries, individuals can call the helpline at 0308258001.
