The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is taking a strong stance against Frank Annoh-Dompreh, the Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri, vowing to remove him from Parliament through all legal means necessary.

According to Dr. Rashid Tanko Computer, Deputy Director of Elections and IT for the NDC, Annoh-Dompreh’s declaration as the winner of the parliamentary election did not comply with electoral laws and was based on incorrect result sheets.

The NDC has filed an election petition against Annoh-Dompreh’s declaration, which is currently being handled by the Koforidua High Court.

Dr. Tanko Computer revealed that a written notice has been served to Annoh-Dompreh’s legal team, and the NDC is pursuing the case vigorously.

Dr. Tanko Computer alleged that fake and scanned pink sheets were used to declare Annoh-Dompreh the winner, and that this was done while the NDC was in court, filing a stay of execution of the mandamus.

He emphasized that the NDC will not allow what they see as electoral fraud to stand, and will use every legal means to remove Annoh-Dompreh from Parliament.
