A car accident last Saturday involving Ghanaian actor Kwadwo Nkansah, known as Lil Win, has resulted in the heartbreaking death of a three-year-old boy.
The boy, Nana Yaw, was traveling with his father, Jacob Kofi Ampomah, when their vehicle collided with Lil Win’s car in Amakom, Kumasi. Eyewitnesses allege Lil Win was speeding in the busy area.
Nana Yaw and his father were rushed to the hospital, but tragically, the young boy succumbed to his injuries. Mr. Ampomah remains hospitalized and is receiving treatment.
The family is understandably devastated and urges police to conduct a thorough investigation into the accident. They are also considering legal action and have expressed disappointment over the focus seemingly placed on the actor rather than the victims at the scene.
Yaw Gyamfi, a relative of Nana Yaw, has confirmed that Lil Win was indeed behind the wheel.
