Two miners tragically lost their lives after a mining pit collapsed in Osino, Fanteakwa South District in the Eastern Region.
The incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning, trapping seven miners underground. While three miners were rescued and hospitalized, two succumbed to their injuries.
